Oman Creative and Cultural Industries Investment and Development Strategy (2023-2024)

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Oman in collaboration with the National Programme for Investment and Export Development (Nazdaher) commissioned an investment and development strategy to support the growth of the country's cultural and creative industries. This national project aligns with Oman Vision 2040's goals of developing a creative society and a competitive economy. The strategy consists of three parts that focus on policy reform, investment readiness, and sectoral development. 

Khaleejesque assisted in mapping the CCI ecosystem in Oman, conducted direct interviews and focus groups with stakeholders, developed policy frameworks and strategic business plans for CCI projects, facilitated a 10-day intensive workshop with public and private sector representatives, prepared and translated reports in English and Arabic.
